Such a great experience purchasing a mattress from BetterBedding.. I was drawn to checking them out due to all the positive reviews, and now I understand why they are so highly rated! Michelle was a wonderful pleasure to deal with in the store, and was so kind as to not charge me for delivery as somebody was near my house at the time I placed an order. Her kindness made a real difference to my day, she is a role model in terms of customer service! Between the time I entered the store and had the mattress in my bedroom it was less than an hour, no exaggeration.. If you're looking for a new mattress this is the place to go!
