We discovered Respa beds in a Hotel in Galway and inquired with Better Bedding if they can also provide the hospitality line. Of course they could and the store manager Michelle went through hoops to get it spec’ed, wrapped and shipped to us in Switzerland. We now have 2 cozy Respa beds and fond memories of a “long shot” inquiry that turned into a wonderful shopping experience. If you live there, go no further.

I was visiting Galway last Friday. I called into Better beds shop to pass some time. Michelle was very busy on the phone and laptop but she made sure to say hello and offer her help with anything that interested me. She came over after a bit and showed me some of their stock. I have to acknowledge the fantastic customer service I've just received from Michelle. Last June I purchased two Respa mattresses and after only 6 months I noticed one had started to dip in the centre. I brought this to Michelle's attention and she immediately reported it to Respa and an inspection of the mattress was done by an independent company sent by Respa. Unfortunately this inspection did not go in my favour but Michelle was not satisfied with Respa's report of the inspection. She has phoned me this morning to say that Better Bedding will be replacing my mattress as she was unhappy with Respa's report and after 6 months of use a mattress should not dip like it had. Thank you Michelle, I'll definitely be recommending you and Better Bedding and will definitely bring my custom to you again in the future.

My family have dealt with Michelle since she worked in Siopa Troscáin in Moycullen and we are always well looked after by her.
