Delivery Areas

We provide free delivery and assembly throughout Connaught for large furniture items.

For deliveries outside Connaught, we offer a nationwide delivery service for larger items, scheduled when possible alongside other deliveries going in the same direction.

Smaller items, such as bedding and accessories, are sent by courier, and standard courier charges apply.

Stock & Availability

We aim to keep all popular products in stock.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we'll contact you with an estimated delivery date and the option to continue, change, or cancel your order.

Recycling & Sustainability

As part of our green initiative, we can remove and recycle your old furniture or mattress through Bonner Park Recycling (Galway).

A recycling fee applies - this fee is collected by us on behalf of the recycling centre and passed directly to them.

We also ensure all packaging from your new furniture is responsibly recycled after delivery.

FAQs

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver large furniture items across Ireland. Nationwide deliveries are planned in advance and grouped by route to keep costs efficient.

Is delivery really free?

Delivery and assembly are free throughout Connaught. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us.

Can I request a specific delivery day or time?

We'll always contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. For national routes, we'll confirm the date once the delivery schedule is finalised.

Do you deliver upstairs?

Yes, we can deliver to the room of your choice, including upstairs, as long as there's safe access.

Can you remove my old furniture or mattress?

Yes. We can arrange removal and recycling through Bonner Park Recycling (Galway). A recycling fee applies, which is collected by us on behalf of the recycling centre.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

If you're unable to be home at the arranged time, please let us know in advance. We're flexible and can often make alternative arrangements - including, with your permission, entering the property to complete the assembly. Our delivery team is professional, discreet, and trusted by our customers to handle deliveries with the utmost care.

What if there's an issue with my order?

If there are any problems with your delivery or assembly, please contact us straight away, and our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
